To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% of advance. For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher. Arrival to apartments is after 12.00 and departure till 10.00. Bed linen is changed once a week. Paying at arrival. Beautiful view from the terrace and balcony, isolated new house, grill on terrace, swing, enclosed yard suitable for children. All guests get welcome drink and special suprise gift (sterling cheese or dinner or homemade wine and brandy...). House is located in Stanici, 2-3 km far from Omis. Tourist tax is included into the price. House has size 8.5x7.5. In ground floor is one apartment with two large bedrooms (15-16 m2), in one bedroom is double bed with possibility of extra bed, in other bedroom are two separated beds and possibility of 1-2 extra beds. Both bedrooms are on north side of the house, windows are towards east and west and have beautiful sea view. Living room is with kitchen, which is totally equipped, large fridge, stove electricity1/2 and gas 1/2. In living room are two large windows with a lot of light, both towards sea, whole living room is turned towards south. In front of the apartment is terrase 25-30 m2 with grill, table and chairs, swing, terrace has beautiful sea view. On the floor are the same contents and sizes except it has no terrace, but balcony 8.5x2.1m with table, chairs, deck-chairs, electric grill. Apartments consist coffee machine, bed linen, towels, TV-DVD in children's bedroom, toys, car toys and swimming pool for children. Both apartments have air conditioner. Owners are mostly not staying in the apartments. Welcome!
